State licensing
requirements are:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Be a High School graduate or have
the GED
- Have proof of successful
completion of a 45 hour real estate course.
- Receive at least a 75% on the State and
Classroom Final Exams.

Students will have 1 year to
complete this course. The courses that will be

Important Information about this
course!

- You will be tested for
each of the individual courses above at the school. You must
pass the Real Estate Transactions exam before you can take
any of the other exams! You may not test for all of the
above courses on one day. You will need to pass with a minimum score of
75% on each of the 6 tests at the school in order to
receive your transcripts that will allow you to sit for the
State Exam

- You will only take 1 EXAM
that has 2 portions for Salesperson and Broker Licensing for
the State
