75 Hour Broker's Course: Home Study: $495.00

Courses may be taken individually for $125.00 each!

You must have passed a 45 Hour Licensing Course to take these courses!  If you haven't taken the 45 hour course please click on the SP/Broker (Salesperson Broker Combo) Course Tab!

  Students will have 1year to complete this course.  The course is divided into 5 individual 15 hour courses that may be taken separately at a cost of $125.00 per course, or together at the discounted price of $495.00.  The courses that will be included in the 75 Hour program are:

Advanced Principles 2000 (Mandatory)           

Brokerage Administration (Mandatory)

Contracts & Conveyances (Mandatory)          

Real Estate Financing (Elective)

Real Estate Appraisal (Mandatory)

    The price includes all materials, study guides and workbooks. This course is not yet available on-line, but coming soon!
