Home Study Course: $295.00
This is a self-paced course in which the students will have six
months to prepare for the Illinois State Salesperson's
Licensing Exam. The cost of this course includes the text
titled Modern Real Estate Practice in Illinois (5th Edition Update),
study guides, a timed course outline, a copy of the License Law Act
of 2000, the AMP Exam Candidate Handbook and the school exam.

State licensing requirements for a
Salesperson are:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Be a High School graduate or have the GED
- Have proof of successful completion of a
45 hour real estate course.
- Receive at least a 75% on the State and
Classroom Final Exams.

What is your refund policy?
There are NO REFUNDS for any of the
courses.
Is my credit card
transaction/sale secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
with the highest level of encryption available is used to encrypt
all of your personal information, including credit card number,
name, address, and Social Security Number, so that this information
cannot be read as it is transmitted online. On all pages in which
personal information is transmitted, SSL is used.
Is there a final
exam?
Yes, there are TWO final exams! All students must
pass the SCHOOL final exam with a minimum score of 75% in order to
receive a transcript to sit for the STATE final exam. Upon
registration, each student will be sent a Candidate Handbook that
includes all of the information that the students need to register
for the State of Illinois Exam.
Does my enrollment expire
after a certain period of time?
Yes. Your enrollment
expires 6 months after you register. If you do not complete
the course within 6 months you must request a 6 month extension in
writing. There is no additional charge for the 6 month
extension.
If I don't pass the final
exam on the first try, may I take it again? If so, is there an
additional charge to take the exam more than once?
Students will have three chances to pass the school exam
at no additional charge. Each student is given a complimentary
review with an Instructor if he/she fails the test. If a
student does not pass on the third attempt, a student will have to
re-register for the course at the full price of the
course.
How soon can I take the exams after
enrolling in the course?
Students may register to take the
school exam as early as two weeks after registering for a
course. Please contact the school at least 48 hours in advance
to schedule an exam.
